Joachim Kreutz

Joachim Kreutz is a successful sculptor working in Germany. Joachim was a professional stonemason for many years. He has also taught at the Waldorf School in Frankfurt. Joachim’s love of working with stone, led him to work with people who had lost loved ones, often children, to help them create and design the head stones for the graves. He began to lead sculpting seminars in Italy and Spain and continues to share his experience and love of sculpting with others. For more information, visit his site, www.joachim-kreutz.de.

24 June – 1 July 2011 (in German with English and Italian translation)

Join us for a seminar with guest sculptor Joachim Kreutz who has developed a unique process of accessing the inner life through the outer work of stone carving. Under Joachim’s guidance, you will discover your creative impulses through meditation, and then transform them into artistic form. Each person will work with their own sculpture project, developing their own unique inner theme. In a continual flow between meditation and work on the stone, you will discover the forms within the stone and bring your sculpture to life.

This course is suitable for people who have never worked on their own sculpture, as well as those with artistic experience. For more information see The Academy of Art, Creativity and Consciousness.
